Questions about FPMS.
A starting point. This page can grow as real questions come from real users.
Who is FPMS designed for?
FPMS is designed for individual Postal Agents — from newly appointed agents to experienced agents managing a substantial portfolio.
What can I manage in FPMS?
Clients, addresses, IDs, documents, notes, financial products, investments, deposits, nominations, co-applicants, relationships, events, follow-ups and reports, among other portfolio information.
Can FPMS track investment lifecycle events?
Yes. FPMS can track lifecycle information such as ongoing investments, deposits or contributions, maturity, renewal and closure-related stages.
Can I manage reminders and follow-ups?
Yes. Events can include maturity dates, renewal dates, deposit dates, follow-ups, expiring documents, appointments, birthdays and agent-created reminders.
Can I generate reports?
Yes. Reporting covers areas such as portfolio summaries, client-wise and product-wise investments, maturity information, deposit schedules, interest information and nomination/document status.
Does FPMS force me to change the way I work?
The product philosophy is to support the agent's work rather than unnecessarily restrict it with rigid workflow rules.
